At Delta Air Lines, he launched and scaled a 75‑member insights team, delivering $100M+ in customer‑experience ROI and raising NPS by 20+ points. Earlier, at AT&T, he optimized a $1B+ media budget and pioneered predictive analytics to strengthen customer engagement.

As Head of Performance Analytics at IHG Hotels & Resorts, Anthony drove global analytics strategy and execution for IHG’s OneRewards Loyalty program, 20 brands, Marketing and CX functions. He introduced Agile Analytics to IHG driving a 30% reduction in development time expediting executive decisions. Anthony spearheaded designing the Member Profiling Tool for 145M members and launching the Brand Performance Suite—self-service tools which enable executives to quickly identify key performance drivers and next-best actions.
